Resurrection cookies!
This is my family's favorite annual tradition. Over the years, we've tried lots of stuff once- but this one stuck. It's been sweet as the kids grow up to have them begin to read the corresponding Scripture with each step of the recipe, and to take over a lot of the process of actually making the cookies. We enjoy resurrection cookies for breakfast every Easter, and I don't know what we'd do without them anymore!
